Standard 1- Disconnecting and Short Circuit: Conductor disconnection and short circuit are prohibited.
Standard 2- Ticket seller: There are no fingerprints or foreign objects on the track. The direction should be stable.
Standard 3. Ink: Cover the ink with silver wire, ensuring that the silver wire is completely covered and there are no very obvious silver wires.
Standard 4: Upstream and downstream misalignment: The mutual motion tolerance between the contact centers of each switch on the upstream and downstream is ± 0.2mm.
Standard 5. Materials: substrate, silver paste, ink, intermediate layer, adhesive surface, backrest, reinforcement plate, insulation printed according to the drawing specifications.
Standard 6- Appearance: The appearance, wiring, insulation treatment, etc. shall comply with the drawing specifications, and actual samples shall be provided to match them.
Standard 7. Punching burrs and mold bending dimensions: The punching burrs and stretching dimensions shall not exceed 0.2mm.
Standard 8- Switch contacts: There should be no adhesion of insulating ink. Flatten the ink surface of the insulating oil to prevent the occurrence of bubbles, pinholes, or other defects.
Standard 9: Defects such as burrs: The surface should be free of debris, foreign objects, dirt, or irregularities. There should be no oil or burrs on the appearance.
Standard 10- Scratches: All wires and contact points must not be scratched through the front and back. In general, even minor scratches do not affect impedance. Friction marks are likely to appear on the surface of carbon ink, and scratches should not affect the continuity of the lines.
Standard 11- Adhesion: After the insulating ink is dried, the ink surfaces must adhere to each other, and then after 24 hours of heavy pressure, the insulating surfaces must be fixed so that they do not adhere.
Standard 12 jumpers: All jumpers meet the conductor requirements. All jumper products undergo 100% open circuit, short circuit, and insulation resistance testing to ensure no open circuit or short circuit phenomena. The insulation resistance requirement is greater than 500m Ω.
