In the journey of new product development for any enterprise, following a clear and detailed process is crucial. Today, as members of the membrane switch industry, we are willing to share our new product development process. This is not only a summary of our own practice, but also hopes to provide some useful references for other industries.

The story begins with an order that carries expectations. When the business team receives this trust from the customer, they will work closely with the engineering team to carefully collect and organize detailed information about the product and the customer's personalized needs. Subsequently, the engineering team will apply professional technical knowledge to transform this information into precise engineering drawings. This is not just a pile of lines and numbers, but also a perfect fusion of creativity and demand.

After the initial draft of the drawings was completed, it embarked on a journey to the customer's hands, waiting for their review and feedback. If customers have any dissatisfaction or suggestions, we consider them as valuable opportunities for improvement. The engineering team will patiently revise the drawings based on customer feedback until every detail meets the customer's expectations. This process may require multiple round trips, but it is precisely these repeated deliberations that ensure the accuracy of the final product.

After the drawings receive final confirmation from the customer, we enter the production phase. Film, mold, sample specification sheet... These seemingly tedious steps are solid steps for us to move towards the finished product. After the sample production is completed, it will undergo strict testing and storage to ensure its stable performance and reliable quality. Only when these samples have fully passed our own tests, will they be delivered to the customer for final inspection.

If the customer is still dissatisfied with the sample, we will not be discouraged, but rather see this feedback as a driving force for us to move forward. We will communicate with the client again to clarify the direction of modification, and then the engineering team will respond quickly and make corresponding adjustments to the drawings. This process may be repeated multiple times, but each modification is aimed at getting closer to the customer's perfect requirements.

Perhaps some people may find this process too cumbersome, and even feel a bit "cumbersome". But as we at Yufei Electronics insist, as long as we can satisfy our customers, all efforts are worth it.
