A membrane switch related tester is a specialized instrument used to test the performance of membrane switches. Every thin film switch sent to customers needs to be tested by an intelligent detector, just like the selection of talents by the military. People with poor physical fitness cannot pass the review, and products with poor quality will not be allowed to flow into the market.

In order to prevent defective products from being released, membrane switch manufacturers have hired intelligent detectors for product supervision. The function of the intelligent detector is quite large. Firstly, it can detect various types of membrane switches. Only when the product type meets the customer's requirements, will there be a need to check the quality. After checking the type and verifying that there are no errors, the intelligent detector starts testing the resistance of the thin film switch connection to see if the resistance exceeds the standard. Once the resistance exceeds the standard, the circuit will be powered on, which will affect the use of the entire switch. The tester can also detect various problems with the circuit, such as short circuits and open circuits, even minor short circuits can be detected. Once a problematic product appears, the corresponding department will take measures to make up for it and reduce losses. Products that cannot be made up for will be scrapped and will never be allowed to enter the market.
