What should be noted when storing membrane switches at room temperature indoors? Let's start watching together from now on.
The high printing quality of thin film switch circuit boards not only requires high printing accuracy of switch circuits, but also strict resistance values. For example, some products may have a low resistance of Z. In addition to the quality of silver paste and other manufacturing processes, the design of circuit juice is also an important component in achieving this. The size of the resistor is closely related to the length and width of the circuit, which depends on production practice. Pre print online design to avoid wiring too long due to customer requirements. For excessively long leads, a wider design can be used to reduce and adjust the resistance of individual switch lines.
Membrane switches require storage at room temperature:
(1) Do not place the wires of the membrane switch underneath.
(2) Take out some of the membrane switches and package them as they are, but do not tie them too tightly.
(3) The transparent film before and after the membrane switch is the display window of the protective membrane switch, and should not be easily peeled off.
(4) There is a membrane switch display window to prevent the material from bending and leaving creases when held.
(5) The bubble membrane design between membrane switches should reduce the pressure on the buttons to prevent and maintain malfunctions.
(6) There are a large number of membrane surface accessories and membrane switches for touch. Place it in the box vertically to prevent long-term pressure damage to the button.
(7) The membrane switch should be stored indoors at room temperature and treated for dust and moisture prevention. There should be no acidic, alkaline or other corrosive gases in the surrounding air.
