6) Metal shrapnel type:
(a) Type: Basic and commonly used structures Bullets serve both as a tactile sensation and as a circuit;
(b) Type: Complex structure, used in situations where there are many and dense shrapnel and no jumper wires are required The shrapnel is placed on the upper and lower wires, with the conductive surfaces facing upwards. The upper wire needs to be punched. When this structure is conductive, the four legs of the shrapnel are not in the same plane as the center point, resulting in a situation of "two segments". At the same time, the shrapnel is often in an excessively concave state, and over time, the shrapnel will not rebound. It is not recommended to use it;
(c) Type: The shrapnel is placed on the upper line and only has a tactile effect. The conductive surface of the upper line is facing downwards, and the conductive surface of the lower line is facing upwards. There are "two sections" and it is not recommended to use them;
(d) Type: Bullets are placed on the lower circuit, and both the upper and lower circuits have routing. Bullets not only provide tactile feedback but also connect the upper and lower circuits; Used in situations where there are many, dense, and no jumper wires, it has a simpler structure than the (b) type. When designing, attention should be paid to avoiding the four legs of the bullet to ensure that there is no short circuit.
7) Luminous body type: It is necessary to open the bottom adhesive mold;
(a) The LED circuit is on the same layer as the lower circuit: the structure is simple, but if the selected LED light has a high height, the LED light will lift up the panel. At this time, the LED window on the panel should be raised or the thickness of the adhesive layer should be thickened to make it thicker than the thickness of the LED light;
(b) The LED circuit and the lower circuit have different layers: the structure is complex, but the LED window does not necessarily need to be raised, but the upper area of the LED light must be hollowed out to prevent light from passing through the LED hole. Attention: When routing the line, avoid routing around the LED light hole.
8) Folding style:
This type of structure can avoid jumper wires and does not require hole filling, allowing the conductive surface to be downward. The disadvantage of this structure is that it is easy to break the circuit at the fold.
9) Waterproof type for inner and outer frames:
The outer frame is a closed frame without wiring, providing protection to the inner frame and preventing moisture from entering the casing through the outlet groove.
