1. 3. The control circuit of the upper and lower layers is made of polyester film (PET) and switch circuit graphics, which have good carrier performance. The thickness is generally between 0.05-0.175 millimeters, and the common Z is 0.125mm PET.

The interlayer serves as a sealing connection between the upper and lower circuit layers, typically using PET double-sided tape with a thickness of 0.05-0.2mm; When selecting this layer of material, full consideration should be given to the overall thickness of the product, insulation, tactile sensation of the circuit key package, and sealing performance.


5. The backing layer is closely related to the film switch and the type of material used for pasting, commonly including double-sided tape, 3M tape, waterproof tape, etc.
